AHF Products purchased certain assets of Armstrong Flooring, Inc., including the rights to license the Armstrong Flooring® brand name as well as the purchase of three U.S. manufacturing facilities, in Lancaster and Beech Creek, PA and in Kankakee, IL. Armstrong Flooring, Inc. is a leading designer and manufacturer of resilient flooring products, including vinyl commercial tile (“VCT”), commercial and residential luxury tile (“LVT”), and residential vinyl sheet.  AHF Products, LLC was founded as a spin-off of Armstrong Flooring, Inc.’s wood business in 2018.
