The Amaré Santa Fe is a 183-unit build-for-rent community located in Southwest Santa Fe that is currently under development. The single-family detached units will be built on 17 acres of land and will feature Class-A finishes and resort style amenities. The project marks the first single-family detached build-to-rent community in Santa Fe and is located within a growing master-planned community that includes a variety of medical, office and residential offerings.
