Halley Mitchell joined Paceline in March 2026 and supports underwriting, operational diligence, and value creation initiatives across the firm’s private equity and corporate credit strategies. Prior to Paceline, Halley was an Associate at Kearney in the Mobility, Defense, and Advanced Industrials practice. She specialized in complex operational and manufacturing transformations, leveraging data analytics and on-site execution with several Tier 1 defense suppliers to drive productivity improvements. Her experience also includes cost-reduction initiatives such as product should-cost analysis, supplier contract negotiations, and post-merger value creation across the retail, industrial, defense, technology, and automotive sectors.
Halley earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, graduating summa cum laude with honors and ranking in the top 3% of her class.
