Jennifer Young joined Paceline in September 2018 as the Office Manager, where she provides EA support to the CEO and ensures smooth day-to-day operations in the office. She has over two decades of experience in executive support and office administration, with a strong background in private equity and real estate environments.
Before joining Paceline, Jennifer spent nearly a decade at Lone Star Funds (2009–2018), where she served as Executive Assistant to the President of U.S. Acquisitions. During this time, she worked closely with the same managing partners who would later go on to establish Paceline, building long-standing professional relationships and providing executive level support to ensure everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer held various administrative roles at Post Properties in Uptown Dallas from 2001 to 2009, where she developed a solid foundation in office management within multifamily, office, and retail real estate.
