Ryan Brown

Bio

Ryan Brown joined Paceline in June 2025 and is involved in the underwriting and asset management of various investments within the firm’s private equity and corporate credit strategies. Prior to Paceline, Ryan was an Associate at Stephens Inc. within the Financial Institutions Group, where he focused on executing M&A and capital markets transactions for both public and private depository institutions.

Ryan received his B.B.A. in both Banking & Finance and Real Estate Finance at the University of Mississippi where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
