106 Spring Street is a retail cooperative space located at the corner of Spring and Mercer streets in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood and offers 4,880 square feet of ground floor space in a highly desirable and well-trafficked area of SoHo that benefits from both mass market and luxury retail shopping demand. Paceline’s affiliate owns the right to lease the bottom floor retail space and the current tenant is Vuori, Inc., a retailer of “athleisure” clothing for women and men.
