Kelso Industries, LLC

In October 2023, an affiliate of Paceline Equity Partners completed a $50mm preferred equity investment in Kelso Industries LLC, a provider of installation and maintenance services for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and other mechanical building systems (i.e., plumbing, process piping systems) to a diverse set of end markets. Our preferred equity investment was used to fund the add-on acquisitions of complementary businesses.
