Bio
Allison Murphy joined Paceline in December 2025 as Vice President of Investor Relations, supporting investor communications, client relations, and fundraising initiatives. Prior to joining Paceline, she led the sale of her family’s construction business, overseeing transaction execution and ongoing financial operations.
Previously, Allison was a Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s Consumer & Retail Investment Banking practice from 2019 to 2024 where she advised companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and strategic alternatives.
Allison received an MBA from The University of Michigan Ross School of Business. She also holds bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics from Southern Methodist University, where she was a member of the women’s varsity swimming team.
