Bio
Landen McGuffin joined Paceline in July 2026 and is involved in the underwriting and asset management of various investments within the firm’s private equity and corporate credit strategies. Landen previously spent a summer with Paceline as a Summer Analyst, where he worked on a live platform acquisition, developed the initial LBO model, and executed key diligence workstreams including 13-week cash flow modeling and covenant tracking. Prior to that, he was an Investments Intern at Healthcare Realty, where he built ARGUS models to forecast financial performance and evaluate real estate assets.
Landen received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a specialization in alternative asset management from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
