Spencer Chiu

Bio

Spencer Chiu joined Paceline in April 2025 and is involved in the underwriting and asset management of various investments within the firm’s real estate strategy.  Prior to Paceline, Spencer was an Associate at DWS Group, where he worked on the investment team.  While there, he focused on underwriting, portfolio management, and asset management for various funds and separate account clients.

Spencer received a Master of Science in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Virginia.
